No, this is not an April Fool’s joke.
There are reports circulating around the ‘net that Alex Pettyfer has landed the lead role in “I am Number Four”, a DreamWorks project being produced by Michael Bay and Stephen Spielberg.
There has been no official announcement, but Variety and The Hollywood Reporter have both reported that Alex is in negotiations with DreamWorks, which I think means it’s pretty much a done deal.
While neither the plot nor choice of directors (D.J. Caruso), got me very excited, I do know that if Alex needs subjects to probe while prepping to play an alien, I’ve got a pretty good idea where he can find some volunteers.
I am sure we will be getting reaction from Vera at Vera’s Big Gay Blog and jaymcfly at Dream Boats quite soon.
